Tulima loves music. She listens to it every day.

Hiriyyoonni ishee Kaarloosii fi Aniitaanis muuziqaa ni jaallatu.

Her friends Carlos and Anita also like music.

“Tulimaa, muuziqaa akkamii jaallatta?” jedhee gaafate Kaarloos.

“Tulima, what sort of music do you like?” asks Carlos.

“Muuziqaa warra dhihaa nan jaalladha, garuu muuziqaa biyya koo Itoophiyaa irran filadha.”

“I like Western music, but I prefer music from my country, Ethiopia.”

“Ani Kolumbiyaa irraan dhufe. Saalsaa qofa dhaggeeffadha. Shubbisaaf baayyee gaariidha,” jedhe Kaarloos.

“I come from Colombia. I only listen to salsa. It’s great for dancing,” says Carlos.
