Tom has a toothache. His tooth hurts very much.
उसले आफ्नो दन्त चिकित्सकलाई दाँत देखाउनु जरुरी छ, तर पहिले उसलाई दुखाइ कम गर्नको लागि केही चाहिएको छ।
He needs to see his dentist, but first he needs something for the pain.
ऊ नजिकैको औषधी पसलमा जान्छ।
He drives to the nearest pharmacy.
“मलाई दाँत दुखेको छ,” ऊ भन्छ। “तपाईंसँग दुखाई कम गर्ने केही छ?”
“I have a toothache,” he says. “Do you have anything for that?”
“हजुर, यो दुखाइ कम गर्ने औषधी लिनुहोस्। तपाईंलाई यिनीहरूको लागि चिकित्सकको अनुमति चाहिँदैन।”
“Yes, here are some painkillers. You don’t need a prescription for these.”
“धन्यवाद। यसको कति पर्छ?”
“Thank you. How much do they cost?”
“यसको ९ युरो पर्छ। तर तपाईंले एकचोटी दन्त चिकित्सकलाई देखाउनु नै पर्छ।”
“They cost nine euros. But you should see a dentist.”
“ठीक छ, म भोलि बिहान मेरो दन्त चिकित्सकलाई फोन गर्छु।”
“Okay, I will call my dentist tomorrow morning.”
“यदि तपाईंलाई अझै कडा औषधी चाहिन्छ भने, तपाईंले आफ्नो दन्त चिकित्सक वा डाक्टरबाट अनुमति लिनु पर्छ।”
“If you need stronger medicine, you will need to get a prescription from your dentist or doctor.”
