“दिन ठंडे होने लगे हैं। तापमान क्या है?”
“The days are starting to get cold. What is the temperature?”
“अभी नौ डिग्री है। अभी भी शरद ऋतु है, लेकिन जल्द ही सर्दी का मौसम आ जाएगा।”
“It’s nine degrees. It’s still autumn, but soon it will be winter.”
“मैं वसंत की प्रतीक्षा कर रहा हूँ, लेकिन मुझे गर्मी का मौसम पसंद है, जब मौसम अच्छा और गर्म होता है।”
“I’m looking forward to spring, but I prefer summer, when it’s nice and warm.”
“मुझे ठंड से कोई समस्या नहीं है। मुझे बारिश और तेज़ हवाएँ पसंद नहीं हैं।”
“I don’t mind the cold. It’s the rain and wind I don’t like.”
“उन काले बादलों को देखो। कल बारिश होगी। हवाएँ भी चलेंगी। शायद तूफ़ान आएगा।”
“Look at those dark clouds. Tomorrow it will rain. It will be very windy too. Perhaps there will be a storm.”
“काश ऐसा ना हो। मुझे सच में खराब मौसम पसंद नहीं है, ख़ासतौर पर बिजली की गड़गड़ाहट और उसकी रोशनी। मुझे डर लगता है कहीं मुझ पर बिजली ना गिर जाए।”
“I hope not. I really don’t like bad weather, especially thunder and lightning. I’m afraid the lightning might strike me.”
